及兹险阻尽，始喜原野阔。       在四川盆地成都平原的东北边缘，闪耀着一颗璀璨的明珠——德阳。在德阳旌湖之滨美丽的风景线上，坐落着这座城市唯一的国家三级甲等医院——德阳市人民医院（简称德医）。它是四川省唯一入选全国医改临床路径试点的市州医院，也是四川省唯一蝉联全国改革创新奖的地市级医院。      德医专业设置齐全、设备先进、集医疗、教学、科研、预防保健为一体，拥有床位1300张，在职职工1470人，有四川省重点学科5个，疾病研究所（中心）及实验室17个。其中产前诊断中心为德阳地区首家，区域性乳腺癌防治网络中心开国内先河。有博士、硕士研究生119名，享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家1名，省有突出贡献优秀专家1名，省学术技术带头人后备人选2人，省卫生厅学术技术带头人及后备人选6人，市有突出贡献优秀专家5名。年门急诊量117万余人次，住院病人4万余人次。      医院配置了包括美国GE公司经济型型PET/CT、德国西门子直线加速器、德国西门子64层超高速螺旋CT、飞利浦1.5T核磁共振、美国GE公司DR、乳腺DR、飞利浦新型彩超、日本阿洛卡彩超、飞利浦大型平板X光机、LASIK“鹰视”激光治疗系统、德国爱尔博电外科工作站等国内领先的一流诊疗设备及专业的ICU诊疗系统。开展乳腺癌筛查及早诊早治技术、可调节封闭式负压引流创伤治疗技术、产前诊断技术、自体骨髓/脐血干细胞移植治疗终末期肝病技术、心脑血管疾病介入诊治技术、冠状动脉搭桥技术、危重症抢救技术、微创外科技术、恶性肿瘤综合治疗技术、眼底疾病诊治技术、内窥镜诊治等先进诊疗技术。      先后与四川大学华西医院、第三军医大学西南医院、以色列西勒雅法医学中心等国内外知名医院建立合作关系，建立成都中医药大学非直属附属医院既德阳临床医学院。先后荣获“全国抗震救灾工人先锋号”、“全国卫生系统先进集体”、“全国青年文明号”等多项荣誉。在新医改的实践中，德医勇于创新的精神和取得的业绩斐声省内外医疗界，“德医模式”迅速吸引众多业内同行前来考察取经。      近十年来，获各级政府科技奖30余项，专利5项，在省级以上期刊发表论文1900余篇，SCI收录10篇，科研水平稳步提升。承担了四川大学华西临床医学院、重庆医科大学、成都中医药大学、泸州医学院等十余所大中专院校临床实习与带教任务。同时，作为四川省住院医师规范化培训基地，有10个专业成为四川省普通专科医师培训基地面向社会招收学员。      近年来，医院牢记温家宝总理“办人民信任的医院”的嘱托，秉承“医术仁心，关爱生命”的服务理念，按照 “规范化、人文化、学院化“的发展思路，不断改革创新，科学发展，树立品牌，逐渐形成了“以德为先”的医院文化，为打造“享誉四川，名望西南”的一流三甲医院储备了充沛的动力。      On the northeast edge of Chengdu Basin in Sichuan Province, there is a bright pearl, which is called Deyang. People’s Hospital of Deyang City (PHDC), the only Level-3 Grade-1 public hospital in Deyang, is located beside Jinghu Lake of Deyang. The hospital is the only one non-provincial-capital hospital being selected as national pilot unit in the Healthcare Reform as well as being successively awarded the national Reform& Innovation Prize in Sichuan Province.      PHDC is a comprehensive hospital covering medicine, scientific research, education, disease prevention and hygiene. It has 10 training sectors for ordinary diplomats, and is also a teaching hospital of many medical colleges such as Sichuan University. It has 1300 designated patient beds, 1363 working staff, 5 clinical departments of provincial importance, and 17 disease research centers and laboratories. It has the first Prenatal Diagnosis Center in Deyang District and the first regional Breast Cancer Network Center in China. In PHDC, there are 119 doctors holding PHD and MD degree, 1 staff enjoys the special allowance from the State Council, 1 expert has outstanding contribution to Sichuan Province, 2 persons are selected as backup technical project leaders in Sichuan Academy, 6 persons are selected as (backup) leaders in academic projects of Provincial Health Bureau, and 5 experts have outstanding contribution to Deyang City. The annual outpatient volume is over 1.17 million person/times, and the annual inpatient volume is over 40,000 person/times.      The hospital is equipped with leading equipments in China, including GE (US) economical PET/CT, Siemens linear accelerator, Siemens 64-layer superspeed spiral CT, Philips 1.5T MRI, GE (US) DR, breast DR, Philips new-type color ultrasound machine, Aloka (Japan) color ultrasound machine, Philips large flat-panel X-ray machine, LASIK “eagle vision” laser therapy system, ERBE (Germany) electric workstation, and professional diagnosis & therapy system of ICU. It has advanced medical technologies such as breast cancer screening & therapy technique, adjustable vacuum sealing drainage technique, prenatal diagnosis technology, medium & end stage liver disease treatment with ABMT/CBSCT, interventional treatment technology for CCVD, CABG technique, treatment for crises, minimally invasive surgery, comprehensive treatment technology for malignant tumor, diagnosis & therapy technique for disease of fundus ocull, and endoscopic treatment etc. 　　      PHDC has built partnerships with West China Medical Center of Sichuan University, Southwest Hospital of Third Military Medical University, and Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Israel. It has also established the non-directly affiliated hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is, Deyang Clinical Medical School. The hospital was awarded with honors such as “Pioneer of Earthquake Relief”, “Pioneer of National Healthcare System”, and “National Youth Civilization” etc. In the process of Healthcare Reform, PHDC becomes famous in and out of Sichuan province by its innovative spirit and achievement. “PHDC mode” attracts many other hospitals and medical organizations. 　　     In the past 10 years, the hospital has been awarded with over 30 scientific prizes by the Government, acquired 5 patents, published over 1900 papers on journals above provincial level (10 papers were included by SCI), with steady improvement of scientific research level. The hospital is a clinical internship and teaching base for more than 10 universities and colleges, including Clinic College of West China Hospital, Chonqing Medical University, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Luzhou Medical College. And, as a training base for resident doctors in Sichuan Province, PHDC has 10 training sectors for ordinary diplomats, recruiting trainees from the society. 　　     In the past few years, according the request by prime minister Wen Jiabao “to be a hospital trusted by the people” and following the service concept of “Benevolent to patient, Care for life” and the development concept of “Standardization, Humanization, and Academic-orientation”, PHDC constantly reforms and innovates, develops scientifically, and builds a brand, forming a culture of “Moral Value First”, which will provide the power to make the hospital “famous in Sichuan, renowned in Southwest China”.
